A decent mid-season workout. Not so much for 2 weeks pre-race. Oh well.

Bear run. Small black bear within 1/4 mile of the last bear sighting a couple of months ago. Two bears this year, none the previous 12.
Left hamstring still sore but better and didn't bother me much this run.

Felt good today. Overcast and rainy, first for quite a while. Started stretching the legs 1/2 mile in and kept a good steady effort for the remainder of the run.

Easy miles. Didn't feel so hot....too much coffee.
