Bear run. Small black bear within 1/4 mile of the last bear sighting a couple of months ago. Two bears this year, none the previous 12.
Left hamstring still sore but better and didn't bother me much this run.

2 bear- nice. I keep wanting to see one. Haven't seen a bear on a run since college.
