Worst hip tightness in quite a while, so it took a bit to get into a groove and even then it was a bit awkward.  Nonetheless, I was moving faster than normal, breathing heavier than normal, sweating way more than normal, so I must've been getting in a good workout, right?

Took Brandon on an introductory trail run in the Elbe hills.  We wound up hiking quite a bit of it but did some running here and there.  A nice day in the woods. Inadvertently stopped my Garmin for a bit, so the mileage and time are educated guesstimates.
