| 10.05 miles, 1:22:22, 8:12/mi, 1500+' elevation. Moderate effort hill loop run, pushed from yesterday. 3 loops ~400+/- per 2 mile loop, with a leading hill and a trailing down. Area just got closed today due to fire hazard.....oops. Promise I didn't start any. Started pushing the effort after a 1 mile warmup. Probably could've pushed a bit harder but wanted to keep the loops pretty even timewise and still faded a bit on the last uphill. |
