Long-Term Running Goals:
Find my true running potential, then exceed it.

5.25 miles, 45:18, 8:38/mi.
Been sick the last several days. Still have the head cold but the run helped clear the sinuses a bit. Very tired though, many walk breaks. 7 minute workout afterwards.

Very tired today. Got thru the miles with walk breaks.
