Ran down to liberty and did 2 400's then 2 800's and 2 more 400's. I was supposed to hit 70's and 2:25's. I ended up going 70, 70, 2:35, 2:30, 68, and 67. After that we ran across 800 east to 2100 s and then back on 900 e, 1000 e, and 1100 e. Happy with the workout but it wasn't one of those workouts I was super happy with because I was slow on my 800's. It was pretty tough conditions though so it was pretty good for bad conditions. |
