3 out then back to the hill where we did 10 hills. Was able to make it up the hills without stopping but rested at the top longer than most but was fine when I got to the bottom and could immediately start the next one when I got to the bottom. Nat and Sarah waited for me to do my last 2 and then we headed down. Glad they waited cause it would have really sucked running down alone and I probably wouldn't have pushed as hard. Overall happy with the run and am feeling a lot better.
