Am-puke hill. Felt really tired up hills but was fine when I wasn't going up a hill. Went out 5 & 5 back to get ten. Coming back I felt a lot better and when Clayton and nat passed I stayed for a little bit before I hit a hill and fell off. Finally got to the down hill and was able to open up a little better. Pm-ran a lap at liberty just to loosen up so i wouldnt be as tight for tomorrows run. |
