I have ran three marathons. SGM in 2005, Ogden in 2006, and SGM 2006. My best time in a marathon is Ut. Valley Marathon 3:59:46. I have ran seven half marathons, some 10k's and 5k"s. My favorite marathon is SGM.I have ran 13 Marathons, will be during my first Ultra in march of 2013, it will be the Antalope Island Buffalo Run, a 50k.
2008 SGM PR 4:02:23 The best is yet to come. Short-Term Running Goals: Short term running goal is to increase my four days a week of running to five to six days a week. Do more speed work this coming year. Bring my times down. I would like to do SGM in 4 hrs or less. Long-Term Running Goals: Keep up with my Brother Clay in a marathon, someday do a sub four hour marathon, and BQ. Personal: I have been married for 34Years, and am still madly in love with my wife Wendy. I have four children and six Grand children.

| Did the golf course loop again today this is one of my favorite routes to do. Was able to run in shorts, did get cold when the sun went down. My legs did okay after sat 10 miler. I finished with 25 min of bowflex and 200 crunches. |

| Today I did the Bishop storehouse route, nice day a little bit warmer which made for a nice run. As soon as the sun sets it turns cold fast. My legs did not have as much zip to them today so I went easy and enjoyed the run. Also did 25 min on my Bowflex again then finished with 200 crunches. |

| The air is starting to get chunky and gunky again, I so dislike inversions. I did the golf course loop again had more energy today felt a lot better. I did the customary 25 min bowflex and finished with 200 crunches. |

| Nice morn for a run, the snow storm they talked about yesterday was a no show for this morn. It was actually a very pleasant warm morn. I went out to the base of Harry's Hill and back did okay for the most part. It has been a good week of training, I hope I can keep it up and things will stay healthy physically. Have a great weekend. |
