I have ran three marathons. SGM in 2005, Ogden in 2006, and SGM 2006. My best time in a marathon is Ut. Valley Marathon 3:59:46. I have ran seven half marathons, some 10k's and 5k"s. My favorite marathon is SGM.I have ran 13 Marathons, will be during my first Ultra in march of 2013, it will be the Antalope Island Buffalo Run, a 50k.
2008 SGM PR 4:02:23 The best is yet to come. Short-Term Running Goals: Short term running goal is to increase my four days a week of running to five to six days a week. Do more speed work this coming year. Bring my times down. I would like to do SGM in 4 hrs or less. Long-Term Running Goals: Keep up with my Brother Clay in a marathon, someday do a sub four hour marathon, and BQ. Personal: I have been married for 34Years, and am still madly in love with my wife Wendy. I have four children and six Grand children.

| Nice run today probably the last warm one for awhile as the weather is going to go to winter tomorrow. I did feel good today through the whole run I guess it was a runner's high, I have not felt that good for awhile. I will take those days when I can get them. I did do 25 min on my Bowflex upper body, and finished with 200 crunches. |

| Wow I had to get out the winter running gear for my afternoon run. It was snowing blowing and cold, I do not like winter very much but it is here and now we have to deal with it. My run took me on a golf course loop today kind of had tired legs but it was still a great run. I did 25 min of Bowflex on my upper body and finished with 200 crunches. |

| Another nice run today I did the golf course loop it was cold again and with the north wind if went right to the bone. You gotta love the fours seasons in Utah or else move. I think I would like San Diego a lot. |

For the most part I have felt tired today hope I am not coming down with any thing there seems to be a lot of sickness going around here. | Had a little bit of spark in the old legs today, it felt good to take a day off yesterday and to let them recharge for a little longer run today. I went out to the base of Harry's Hill and back over dressed the weather was nice this morn. Could of done without the bennie and gloves. It was a great run and very enjoyable. Been a pretty good week of training. See what next week brings. |
