Today I ran to the top of the golf course and back, my hamstring is still a bit on the sore side. But I was able to run more today with a little less hurt. So I quess things are starting to get better, crossing my finger's and toes's. I did 5.25 miles on the road and then did 20 min on the eliptical. So I did what I thoght was a 10 min mile. may do this foe a while until the mammie get's better. See ya soon. |
