Nice run around thre golf course today, it was alot cooler and it felt good for a change. Today is the first day that I flet as though both legs were running well and just felt good through the whole run. I think the left leg is about 90% healed and hopefuly will do well next weeks marathon. I did 25 min on the bowflex, upper body and finished with 200 crunches, then spent some time on the big foam roller. |
