My goal today was to get in a desent long run and to feel good in the process. I head out over harry's hill, up to to the turn around and across to Mt. Loafer Rd. I came down to canal rd. and headed back to gu corner, then did a golf course loop to home. My legs hung in thier really good and still had great energy miles 13 through 17. Utah Valley Marathon is geeting closer sure hope I will be ready for this one. After todays run I did some ice treatemnt on the knees, I feel like this has been a great training week. See ya monday. |
