It was about 10 degrees colder for todays run around 13 which made for a very brisk run. I ran out to Harry's Hill, stopped about a mile short and turned back. My face was frozen and I just felt cold all over, Pushed hard coming back so was able to mix some speed work in. I did 25 min on the bowflex again and finished with 200 crunches. Starting to do some leg lifts for the lower tummy and it is a bit on the sore side. |
