I had to go into work early this morn, so I did not get out on my run until about 10:30 am. It was very windy and muggy and besides I was very tired not much sleep last night and my legs were still feeling on the whack side but we stayed with it and it ended up being an injoyable run. I did my favorite sat long run loop up over Harry's Hill into Salem and back to home. Going back up Powehouse road I had a very steady head wind we battled through it. I did 25 min of upper body strength training on my Bowflex and finished with 200 crunches. It was a scheduled down mile week this week to give my body some recharge, we will hit it hard next week.
