Fantastic run today, I felt real good all around. The legs had good energy which surprised me aftr sat long run. I ate real good over the weekend, it was just one of those runs that was just extra injoyable than the usual. I did the golf course loop with the little side trail up along the river. I did have a litle bit of rain but just enough to make it feel good. I did 25 min of Bowflex on my upper body and finished with 200 crunches. |
