Decide to try a small run today, my plan is to build back easy. the calf did good today, legs are still a little whack from sat 14 miler. I went out to GU Corner and back it was a little windy and on the cool side. Just a taste of what is to come for the next 7 months. I did 25 min on the Bowflex upper body and finished with 200 crunches. |
