I decided to give my left leg a break from the ponding of the road today, opted for the eliptical and tried pounding out 30 min on the wondeful beast and did 200 crunches. I will see how the leg feels tomorrow. It's get up hand go time I don't have time for injuries at this point. Rolled out the hammies and the quads with the big hard foam roller, also did the IT Bands. |
