My leg was feeling a bit better which allowed to feel a little more like my old self. I hope that things are finally on th mend, I ran to the top of the golf course via the little side trail along the river, and then back. My leg did much better on the second half of my run and even did a couple of hill repeats. I did another 25 min on the bowflex upper body and core strengthening and 200 crunches. then I did 20 min on the eliptical at a moderate pace. Todays workout finally felt good. I will take tomorrow off in hopes of doing a long run early sat morn. |
