I decided to try a reduced golf course loop today and see how my injury is recovering. For the most part I just went real easy, I also walked for 1 min. after each mile just to be extra carefull. Did not seem to bother me at all during the run a little bit of tightness after and maybe a very slight swelling. I did the daily icing and it seems to be okay at this point. We will see what tomorrow brings. My legs are still feeling the effects of the marathon a little over a week ago, so we will keep on the easy side. I did di 25 min on the bowflex, upper body and 200 crunches. |
