Today I hopped on the eliptical for 30 min. the legs are starting to come back after the 26 miler on sat. However my injury is still there not as sore but sore when my foot is bent or stretched a certin way. Still thinking of a run on the road sat. Not sure what to do at this point. I still have one more marathon June 12th to try and get thorugh. I did 25 min on the bowflex upper body and 200 crunches. |
