It has been a challenging week health wise, I have been fighting a good old cold and my training has showed it was hard to maintain the training. My goal for today was 24 miler, with cold I decided It best to keep around the 12 mile mark. 24 will be my goal for next sat. The following sat will be around 13, then finish with a 26 miler 3 weeks out from Ogden Marathon. This cold should be on it's way out by mon, and shuold feel better about next weeks training. |
