Todays run took me around the Bishop Storehouse loop, down Senic Drive then came up through the River Bottoms, headed out to GU Corner and home. My legs still are whack from sat 20 miler may take a few days to feel good again. It was still a great run with temps in the low 50's, sweet. I did 25 min Bowflex, upper body and another 200 crunches. |
