Another nice run today, I did the same route as yesterday. The golf course loop is my favorite course, but I also love my sat long runs. My legs today felt the best that they have for a while, I felt like pushing fro the start and had good energy the last mile like I could have done more. I did 25 min of Bowflex on my upper body and finished with 200 crunches.
I will take tomorrow off and recover for sat long run. It has been a good week of training and great running weather. |
