| | 11, Bloomington Hills- We were planning on going 8 but ended up going 11. We got lost a few times, mostly my fault, I thought we were on one trail but ended up being on some other trail. | Add Comment |

AM: 3.5, VW barefoot- nice and easy.
PM: 7.5, Old Airport Road- 5x800 up the hill. Rather hard, starting to feel a little sick. Hard to get going today. | Add Comment |

6, around neighbor hood- didnt go to practice this morning, didnt feel very good, so I slept in. The extra sleep helped a bunch, feel so much better. Ran a bit with my mom then extended it to make six. Breathing felt a bit different. | Add Comment |

Not my best race. I got 3rd on the team. Rodney and Jake ahead of me but I beat Mike, who won last week. I think I was shot mentally. Had a hard time keeping myself positive. My acceles was hurting pretty badly throughout most of the race and especially after. As a team we all stayed packed a lot better than last week. Im glad we're bonding well and forming good friendships. | Add Comment |
