PM: 9, Paper Route- Ran a mile with my mom then went on to do my workout. Decided to do my Paper Route just to see how long it is. I was expecting to have to extend it in order to get the whole eight miles in but turns out it is exactly eight miles. My ankle hurt a bit today, I think that may just be the after effects of when I twisted it. The worst part of the whole run was the last half mile when I was having bowel issues and there were no relievers close by. Almost didn't make it home. |
