AM: 4.5- Ran to Dixie High School and did some barefoot around the park area. Not the best place to do barefoot, just saying. I ran into a patch of Goat Head/Bull Head whatever you call them, stickaburs. Yeah that hurt. My right leg was hurting a bit this morning but not too bad, a bit of rolling should do the trick.
PM: 6- 800 repeats. Splits- 2:42, 2:38, 2:38, 2:39, 2:38, 2:41, 2:35. Pretty consistant, and the team stayed together really well. Other than the bottom of my feet hurting still from the thorns this morning, I felt great. |
