AM: Ran with Trevor and did the Tunnel run.  I felt really tired this morning and my knee hurt for about the first mile but felt better afterward.

PM:  5 miles without ever leaving my ward boundaries, sounds tedious but it wasn't too bad.  I mapped out a couple of differant mile loops just within my ward, kinda fun.  It felt great tonight, I didn't feel any pains and wasn't too tired.  Averaged about 6:48 pace. Would have been faster but my brother ran a mile with me, he did rather well, kept a solid pace and ran well. I think he is going to be pretty good in High School!

that is a pretty solid pace for anybody let alone an 8th(?) grader.

We went about 7:30 pace when he ran with me but still... he is going to do real well. He's pretty committed.
