PM: 8.5, Harmons- Had to do it by myself again. Dang Thursday class. 15x60 sec intervals. Two Mile warm up and cool down. Hit every one at 1 min, weird how I always get the same time when we do intervals! Felt pretty good tonight, aside from legs hurtin again on the cool down. Probably best day this week, running wise. |
