I want to enjoy the rest of my life and to make the most of it.  I believe that staying physically fit is a big part of that.  I want to continue to run for the rest of my life and enjoy it.

Personal:

I'm from good ol' Hurricane, UT, but I currently live in Glendale, AZ where I am attending medical school at Midwestern University.  I am married with 1 kid at the moment.  I love to run, and despise treadmills, but here they are currently a necessity.

Great run at the Fieldhouse tonight.  I ran at a consistent 9:13/mile pace for the entire run.  I was getting pretty winded near the end.  The holidays were not kind to me.  Almost no running combined with fudge is not a good combination for my physique.

River Heights loop with my little guy today.  It was warm enough that I dared take him.  Run felt great even though it was a little chilly.  The sun when down while I was out and the temperature dropped more than I expected.
