| | Today I only had about 10 minutes to run, so I decided I was going to do a quick warm up of a quarter mile then gun it and see how quickly I could actually run a mile. I ended up running a mile in 6:56. I'm honestly not sure if I've ever ran a mile that quickly before. I probably could have gone faster, but I was satisfied with breaking the seven minute barrier. |
