I'm from good ol' Hurricane, UT, but I currently live in Glendale, AZ where I am attending medical school at Midwestern University. I am married with 1 kid at the moment. I love to run, and despise treadmills, but here they are currently a necessity.

So I finally got a chance to go running this year. I have been going stir crazy, but it has simply been too cold to take my young son out in the stroller when I have time to run. Today's run was quite fun. I went out too fast the first mile and it nearly broke my resolve, but I slowed down and hit my target time.
