I want to enjoy the rest of my life and to make the most of it.  I believe that staying physically fit is a big part of that.  I want to continue to run for the rest of my life and enjoy it.

Personal:

I'm from good ol' Hurricane, UT, but I currently live in Glendale, AZ where I am attending medical school at Midwestern University.  I am married with 1 kid at the moment.  I love to run, and despise treadmills, but here they are currently a necessity.

My buddy Davin and I went for a run up Green Canyon this morning.  We planned on running the whole 8 miles, but at about the 3.5 mile mark, Davin through his hip out.  We decided we'd better head back rather than finish the last leg.  We had to walk a while back, but ended up running the last 2.5 miles or so.  Good final long run for Logan Utah.
