| | Boise, ID 6:22am Pace: 7:44 Randy went water skiing over the weekend and was sore this morning, so we took the 5-mile route. I had to pick up doughnuts for my daughter's birthday breakfast, so I ran another mile to Albertsons and back.

| | Boise, ID 7:15am Pace: 8:20 Top of Utah long run #3. Took Ustick to the greenbelt to Eagle Road, a mile over to Locust Grove and home. Felt pretty good. Not feeling like death at the end, but close. Went over to the pool afterward. Soaking in the cool waters is good for the legs.
