2.75 warm up and strides. Wanted a PR, not sure by how much. Laps were 73, wanted to go out faster. 74, 74, too slow. Then closed in 71 for 4:53. There's construction on the field and they have dirt lanes for the machines to drive from the field to outside the track, crossing all the lanes. So jumping onto it and running on it for a few strides and jumping off slowed you down each lap and they had two of them, but I was still hoping for faster. Cool down to 7.75 for the day.
