MISSION 5K TIME TRIAL #2 3 miles of warm up and strides. Wasn't really sure what kind of 5k shape I was in. In DK I got 18:45ish when I was in ok shape. So I planned on going for sub 18 which is about 1:27 a lap. I get into it and around 24's feel fine so I go with it. Felt really good and just kept grinding. Finished with 17:11. Laps were 20, 25, 24, 23, 24, 24, 24, 22, 22, 23, 21, 18, 36 for 200. Really happy with the results. 2 mile cool down to 8.25 for the day.
