Today was a nice and easy run.
Today we did 4 1000s and an easy run in the morning.
Today we did a workout on the track. It was also one of our cooler days as far as temperature wise. There was also a pretty nice breeze so it was a good day to do a hard workout.
I didnt run today because I was sick. :(
Today we went to the Bloomington Hills North Park. We also have our 12 hr Runathon tonight so that should be fun.
Today we finished up our runathon. We ran all through the night to rack up as many miles as many we could.
