Run 20 miles. NONSTOP!
Today we did a good run to the Washington Fields and on the way back we stopped at the river for a relief from the killer heat. I also ran 3 miles in the morning.
Today we did 1000 meter repeats. I alsom ran 3 miles in the morning today as I do every day.
Today we did 1 mile intervals and 4x200 meter repeats to follow + 3 miles in the morning.
