Run 20 miles. NONSTOP!
First 4 mile run this summer.
It felt really good. the pace was solid and it was an overall good workout.
Today was a bare foot run and I had a cut on my foot so the run was kindof painful, but at the same time it felt great.
It was a really fun run, but too many fences to jump. :)
Felt really good, but it was hot because i didnt go running until 9:30ish.
