Trying to continue and take it easy and make sure my leg gets a workout but is able to recover. I will try and run tomorrow and see what consecutive days does. I ran about a 7:30 average and didn't feel to much pain. I also focussed on a forefoot strike instead of landing on my heels. I think this is part of the problem with me as I overpronate with my right foot pretty bad. My calves are a bit sore, but my leg didn't hurt as much as it has before. |
