Pretty new. Have done some training for specific Army competitions which have got me running a pretty decent amount, but by no means incredible.

Stay healthy this year. Coming off of a bad shin splint which took about 3-4 months to fully recover.
Build back up to 60+ miles a week

A CPT in the US Army stationed at Fort Benning, GA. I've three wonderful kids and the best wife I could ask for. Been away from the running scene for a while, and I sure miss it. Trying to make a comeback!
Good run here at Ft. Benning. Back and ready to start at my new unit. Felt pretty bad for a lot of the run, my IT band was acting up. I stretched it out around mile 5 and it felt great the rest of the way...should have done that about mile 1.
