Pretty new. Have done some training for specific Army competitions which have got me running a pretty decent amount, but by no means incredible.

Stay healthy this year. Coming off of a bad shin splint which took about 3-4 months to fully recover.

Personal:
A CPT in the US Army stationed at Fort Benning, GA. I've three wonderful kids and the best wife I could ask for. Been away from the running scene for a while, and I sure miss it. Trying to make a comeback!
Today was a good run. I went to the gym and did it on the treadmill and ran it in a 8:00 pace. It was nice and comfortable which is what I am needing right now to get back into better shape.
A good run on the treadmill. Did a little less today with a 5 minute cool down. I don't want to over extend myself right now and get injured so somewhere between 3.5-4.0 miles a day this week will be good.
Woke up early and ran at the gym and then did a good chest and arms workout. It felt good after a couple of early mornings and late nights not being able to run...I guess I just need to be more disciplined. This week will be better!
