Today felt pretty good actually. I ran the first 2 miles a little over 8:00 pace and then ran the last 2 miles at about a 7:45 pace. Then cooled down for 5 min. I felt pretty good today, obviously I was running a bit slower, but it still felt nice. I think one thing I have to start doing is breaking down the mental barrier again of running longer distances on a treadmill...it is hard for me! |
