I did today's run much slower than I have before. I have been trying to read up on Heart Rate running and what not and what I have read has basically said that I need to run a little slower to keep my heart rate down to get a better aerobic workout. So today I did my 4 miles in about 34:20 or so. My average heart rate was 165 BPM. I think that is still kind of high, but then again I am at 7,300ft elevation. Hopefully that isn't horrible though, I think I am in better shape than that. |
