Pretty new. Have done some training for specific Army competitions which have got me running a pretty decent amount, but by no means incredible.
5k- 21:00 (Oct. 2008)
19:43 (May 2009)
10k- 41:07*
10 mile- (upcoming)
1/2 marathon- (haven't done it yet)

Run one marathon within the next 12 months
Stay healthy this year. Coming off of a bad shin splint which took about 3-4 months to fully recover.
Build back up to 60+ miles a week

Personal:
A CPT in the US Army stationed at Fort Benning, GA. I've three wonderful kids and the best wife I could ask for. Been away from the running scene for a while, and I sure miss it. Trying to make a comeback!
Haven't had a good run in a few days with the crazy patrol schedule. We are getting ready for elections and they are working us pretty good. Anyway, I did this run at an 8:00 pace and felt pretty good. Hopefully I can get a few more of these in!
