Good run today. About 2 miles were just a jog down to the 1 mile track and then we did some sprints on the track. 2x800m and 4x400m. My times were pretty good, I think I only got slower on one 400m. My first 800m was 3:03 and the second was 2:59. With the 400m's it went something like this 1:26 1:24 1:26 1:19. The rest was just a jog around an 8:00 pace there and back. I am definitely slower on the sprints then I was before, but this was a good workout to get back into shape. |
