A CPT in the US Army stationed at Fort Benning, GA. I've three wonderful kids and the best wife I could ask for. Been away from the running scene for a while, and I sure miss it. Trying to make a comeback!
A good run, got back into it today. I worked out my back yesterday in the gym, and thought I would be sore...I was so I didn't quite go the full 4 miles today.

Colby - you simply need to explain to someone, maybe your battalion commander, that you need some "me" time every day.You know, address some basic quality of life issues.I'm sure he wil be sympathetic and you can use that time for your run.
Let me know how that works out ok?
I hope all is well.
