Today's run felt much better. On the treadmill at the Gym with a hill workout. My legs are so sore from lifting legs on Saturday; squats are killer! I think my AP was something like 8:35, but for the last two miles or so I was right around 8:00 and for the last mile about 7:46. It took me a minute to get the lactic acid moving and be able to run comfortably, but after about 5 minutes I felt pretty good. After, I lifted back and biceps. |
