Today was a great run with the platoon. Took them 2.75 miles to the base of Mount Berico and then did hill repeats ranging from 150m to probably 450m. It broke off a lot of my out shape soldiers. I was feeling it too since I haven't done repeats/hills in such a long time. Also, this is the longest run I have done in months...I felt fairly strong though. And my hill sprints were better than I would have thought. We did a sprint at the end to finish the run. |
