Felt good today. Wasn't able to run until about 8:00am which made it pretty warm and very humid. Everything felt good though and my forefoot strike is feeling very comfortable. I still have to consciously think about it, but it is starting to feel pretty good. Another injury free week down. Oh, I ran this is 15:44.

Great job Colby. I like the new pic, too.

I like the new picture Colby AND I'm glad you're running pain free.

I assume you do additional stuff during PT right? Ever think about posting those workouts as well?

Oh yeah... isn't earning an EIB considerably easier than earning a Ranger tab?

Rob, I haven't been doing any additional PT the past couple of weeks. Just upping my miles and getting back into the swing of things. But I can definitely start posting workouts that we have been doing.

Every day I've been doing a push-up set of 40-30-20-10 just to stay fresh. Then I do 11 different ab exercises, each with 30 crunches, so that keep the abs working. Sometimes I finish with another 40-30-20-10.

I should be good to go this week with whatever is going on. I am going to try for 2.5 miles a day now.

And with EIB...it isn't similar to Ranger School in any way. Just knowing a lot of basic infantry stuff. It is still pretty hard though!
